Error message when installing new software that Windows Defender must be
removed. Windows Defender didn't uninstall properly. It seems there is
hidden files still blocking new installations. Anyone can help?

Run disk clean up and search for defender orphans files/folder and remove
them.

C:\Program Files\Ms defender remove the Ms defender folder by pressing
Shift + Delete.

So you have unidentified "software" that wants you to get rid of
anti-malware programs before it will install. Uh huh, yeah, like it's
hard to guess to purpose of that "software".
