Windows cannot find Start.exe

Using My Computer, click on Local Drive (C Local Disk I
get the following error message.

Windows cannot find Start.exe.

This program is needed for opening files of type 'File'.

I can clikd on Local Drive (E without any problems.
Search does not find Start.exe, nor any file of extension
*.File

In the C:\ drive, look for a file named Autorun.inf. and delete it.
