Windows cannot find "Drive\Filename Make sure you typed the name c

For the last couple weeks when I try to load a Access File I get an error
message

"Windows cannot find "Drive\Filename Make sure you typed the name correctly
& try again"

The error message pops up and the file will open what's going on? This is
annoying

Hi Bob my Access Version is 2002 & it's on a local drive.
This seems to have started after downloading a MS security patch? but I'm
not sure
