Windows Address book

My new laptop (Vista-basic) has a great feature: Windows Address book. It
allows me to enter everyones' phone numbers, email addresses , kids' names
etc... I wanted to transfere that info back to my desktop (Windows XP). Is
there a free download to allow me to do that?

NEWSFLASH
XP also has an Address Book..........
it is located under Documents&Settings/username/application
data/microsoft/address book.
its accesible under Outlook Express...................
from where you can Import ...........
