I have a windows 2000 server that is running out of space on the system
(c) drive. I have about 100m left. I have 2 other disk drives from
which I can take storage and move to the 'c' drive. I am not sure how
to do this. I know there are tools but most of them do not deal with
file servers. Any help would be appreciated!

I would suggest moving the page file from the c:\ drive if it still resides
on the c:\ drive.
