Windows 2000

Fresh install of Windows 2000 on an older PC (approx 4
yrs.) the install went good no problems. Installed Service
Pack 3with no problems. Installed MSOffice 2000, and it is
functional. When I shutdown the computer, the operating
system shuts down but, the PC has to been turned off
physically (pressing the power button). Is there a setting
or something to have the PC shutown completely?
