Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 DHCP migration

I was following article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=325473
to migrate Windows 2000 DHCP to Windows 2003 DHCP and encountered a problem.
Essentially, the database was never imported - the message said " The
version of DHCP database in unknown or unknown DHCP version" - it seems it
tried to import but the scopes were never created on Windows 2003.

Both servers are DC on the same domain.

Any ideas?

Hmm. Check the article again. I have used this article many times and it
always worked as described.
