Moving DHCP Server from Windows 2000 Domain to Windows 2003 Domain Controller

User

I am in the process of decomissioning my old Windows 2000 domain Controller-
I upgraded my AD domain to Windows 2003 by adding a new 2003 domain
controller in the domain-

I need to move DHCP services from the Windows 2000 Domain Controller to
Windows 2003 Domain controller-

This article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=325473 suggests to move
(during export) to a Windows 2003 member server before upgrading to a domain
controller-
I have already upgraded the member server to a domain controller-
Any suggestions? Thanks.
