Windows 2000 SP4 restarts itself

Hi
Since upgrading from windows 2000 from SP2 to SP4, I have
been accounting strange behaviour. While using Internet
Explorer 6 SP1, windows will occasionally restart itself.
I cannot be certain that it only occurs while using IE.
Has anyone encounter this problem before, I cannot find
anything the KB about this.

Any help would be appreicated.

To be able to see the blue screen stop message; Control
Panel|System|Advanced|Startup and Recovery, I usually like to uncheck
"Automatically reboot" this way you get a chance to read the stop error.
