Windows 2000 login

I have a windows 2000 user who logs in as a restricted
user but when they shut down and switch the PC back on the
default user on the log on screen is Administrator. Is
there any way to specify the name that is shown.

Not sure if you can "specify" what name to show there, but you can set it so
the last logged on user either does or doesn't display;

Value Name: DontDisplayLastUserName
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0 = Display last logged on user name
1 = Don't display last logged on user
