Win 2k sps. shows "page-fault-in-non-page-area"
Datestamp 384d9b17--NTOSKRNL.exe
installing old 96 Meg RAM works. New 256 Meg. RAM fails
even after disabling Cache in CMOS and adjusting memory
speed. How do I fix this?

My hardware works with Windows ME. I've tried two sticks
of 256 Mb. and two of 128 Mb. these sticks are of
different brands and none of them work. I suspect it is
a setting problem with Windows 2000. Any ideas short of
reloading? Thanks

You could check for updated bios, at yr mobo site.
Assuming yr bios settings are set to the default.
Try one stick at a time.
Win2k can be picky with hardware/memory, unlike ME
Check www.crucile.com or Kingston for mem. guarenteed to work with mobo
