Window size

This is probably a stupid question, but how do I get IE to open in a large
window. For reasons unbeknownst to me, lately IE opens in a small window I
have to enlarge myself. All subsequent windows opened also have to be
enlarged by the user instead of opening full size. As you can imagine, this
is extremely annoying and I would like to reset it. Please help!

Try dragging the edges outward to see if that helps.

Is there no solution to this problem within Windows? It did not used to
occur. All windows opened at a regular, expected size.

You'll never guess what happened... nothing! It insists on opening small
windows that have to be maximized. I ran the program provided by using the
REG hyperlink. I also saved and ran it. Rebooted, also. What is going on here?

After running the Reg file, have you tried stretching it to size and then
closing all open IE windows the one you stretch open must be closed last. If
this doesn't fix the problem then you may have a program that is opening the
window small via its preferences. Only other suggestion is to run a repair
install of XP. You can find out the steps to doing so here...
