Hi All,

I have made my database and have put it on my companies server for all to use,
the problem i have is that some peoples computers are set to a different
resolution to mine and obviously i can't ask everyone to change their own
just for my database. The guys who have an 800 by 600 can't see the database
properly because everything is so big. my resolution is 1024 by 768. Is there
any way to get access to re-adjust it's size?

Cheers

It is possible to resize the form, and change the size and placement of all
its controls programmatically. The MS Access Developers Handbook by Ken Getz
et al (published by Sybex) has details on the chapter on forms (was it 8?)

However, this is quite messy, and so in the end most of us develop for the
minimum screen size--generally 800x600.

As a user who runs larger screen, I absolutely hate software that insists on
enlarging itself to fill my screen. The reason I purchased a bigger screen
was to see more stuff, not so some idiot could make his software bigger!
