window photo and fax viewer

when I make a photo email attachment, the attachment appears as it should,
however if I hit next the next button the viewer starts showing all my
pictures, some private I might add. What is causing this and how do I
remendy?
Note, the photos that are comong up are not in my My Pictures. I am
uncertain where they are, however I did receive allof them as email
attachments at one time or another.
