Groups of contacts will not export from OE.
Ensure that your contacts folder is displaying as such in WM, right click an
empty part of the folder>select
Properties> Customize tab,>select Contacts from the drop
down list>check the subfolders check box>Apply/OK.
HTH?

ok went to my contact in window mail (all my folders with all my emails is
there) clicked on an empty space, properties, customize, contacts was already
prompt, i did check sub folder, applied and oked. logged out of email and
back. went to create mail, clicked on TO: no folders like window mail, just
an alpha list of all my emails. is there something i am forgetting? im not
real computer smart. i didnt download my emails. when i got my new
computer, Geek squad moved them for me. im sure there is something really
simple, but i just cant figure it out. thanks for all your help, please keep
trying with me.
