well i know how to make my winamp run multiple instances so i can have as many open as i want. but they all play their output throught one sound card. and i have to sound ccards in my computer one built in the motherboard and another as a pci card so does anybody out there know how to make one winamp run one card and the other run the one of the motherboard at the same time so i can have lets say the one as pci hooked up to my speakers and the one on the motherboard have headphone pluged in so at parties i can listen to the song vefore playing it on the speakers.

What you are trying to do is against all sound advice of proper CPU an
system utilization. Your soundcard on your motherboard should be disabled
Your soundcard in the PCI slot very likely is a better card and that is th
one you should use primarily to avoid IRQ conflict. Using a third party amplifyer
for the headphones will make your situation possible but not recommended
