In a network wiht machines running windows 98, windows
2000, and windows xp, win98 cannot see the winxp and 2000
machines and access their shared files. But by using the
UNC, you can access all shared files. how can I make
computers running in winXP and 2000 to be visible in the
network neighborhood of win98?

By making sure that all have the same workgroup name.
