Win2K SP4 = blue screen

I added SP4 to my Win2K Small Business Server. During
reboot (and subsequent tries) I get the Blue Screen of
Death with the message "Kernal Mode Error". Any
suggestions?

could be a hardware problem. Have you added new hardware recently? or could
it be that a device be not properly working/broken?
