Stop 1e BFE6A715 after upgrade to SP4

After installing SP4 and rebooting, I get the blue screen of death with stop
1E (0xC0000005,0xBFE6A715,0x00000000,0x00000028). Knowledge base has plenty
of 1e's but not this one. Anyone have a clue?
