Win2k shows 4 CPU's but 2 are installed

Have a newer DELL Poweredge server running Win2k svr SP3.
The Task manager shows 4 cpu graphs. WINMSD also shows 4
cpu's 2.6GHz. The hardware, a PE 2650 has sockets for 2
cpu's. Odd!
