WIN2000 UPGRADE

When I upgraded computers from Win98 to 2000
There are generic icons for My computer Network
Neighborhood and Recycle Bin.
The rest are fine. How can I correct this?
I tried reinstalling but did not help.

If you want to change the icons, right click the
Desktop->Properties ->Effects->Change Icon.
