WIN XP - RUNS OUTLOOK ON STARTUP

Guest

I have just updated a Laptop with SP2 and MS Updates and when I now log on
from the front page XP runs OUTLOOK automatically. The
application is not listed in the STARTUP folder or in the Registry under
LOCAL
MACHINE/...../WINDOWS/RUN or RUNONCE etc

I am now at a loss as to where the instructions to run these programs is
listed.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Missed one place I know of: Startup directories
Right Click on the start menu, explorer all users, go to the startup
folder(s) see if there is an outlook shortcut - delete it.

You can also search for startup - go into each one of them looking for
the shortcut.

You may find this program helpful in tracking down how Outlook
is launching at startup.

AutoRuns for Windows v8.54

Good luck
