Hi when I go to my start button and open it up and go and
press the help and support button and nothing happens I
just got a Toshiba Satellite A30 with the Intel P 4 2.8
GHz and the Mobility Radeon 9000 and Windows XP Home. I'm
wondering if this has happened to anyone else with
Windows XP and what can I do

I'm guessing that the Help & Support button requires an internet connection
so that you can be connected to the OEM's web site for support.

sfc/scanno
Wrong. It should read sfc /scannow Notice the difference? There's a space after SFC. As for the help center issue. http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm Line 235 down on the left side. You should add this site to your favourites as it has tons of good stuff to help when things go wrong. Welcome to the eXPeriance. {:~)

Yes, Help And Support Does Require Internet Connection. John, Do You Have Your Computer Connected To The Internet
