Win XP Home computer keeps shutting down....

I recently downloaded an updated display driver from Windows Update (automatic notification) for my computer (NVIDIA MX200 on my machine). Following the update, my computer now decides to shut down at random times. I've checked for the blaster worm, not on my system, and have run virus scan (Norton), nothing found. Had no problems with download of the driver update. Only error msg received on reboot is that windows had a serious fault, possibly related to a device driver. (Thanks sooooo much Microsoft!). Anyone out there have any ideas? Computer runs for varying amounts of time before shutting down (usually at least 24 hours BEFORE it dies. After 24 hours, it varies...). So, have no virurses and the ONLY software added prior to problem is the updated display driver from windows update which it downed and installed automatically with 0 error msgs ; but, following the mandatory reboot, computer started shuttin down at various stages.....HELP ME!

Try rolling back to your previous display driver.

lastest drivers.
