I have a Win 2k3 Small Business Server with SP1 installed and am using the U.S. Robotics 56K Performance Pro Modem (USR5610B, USR325610B) which is the one on the HCL

The device will receive faxes no problem but will not send at all. The status is always "No Answer". I have tried two different US Robotics modems in this server with the same results. The modem will dial and attempt to fax and I can hear the negotiation though the fax tone will continue for several seconds longer than normal and display a "No Answer" Status. Ocasionally it my return a "Busy" status on some nombers. I have been on the phone with US Robotics support and they are not able to figure this out. This appears to be a W2k3 problem but I am not sure. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks
