Win Min Error Message

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition and every time I try to shut down my computer I get a message saying that a program by the name of Win Min is not responding and asks whether or not I want to end task or cancel?! What is Win Min and how come it doesn't show up when I do a search for it?

Delete everything from (don't delete the folder itself!!!):
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start menu\Programs\Startup
