Win Explorer View by List for All Icons?

Could someone please tell me how to set WinXP Pro Windows Explorer so that
every time I open up any folders, windows would permanently display all icon
as a List instead of Icon (that is by right click in any folder -> view ->
list)? Any method will do it, i.e registry, permanent default account, etc.
It's getting pretty tedious that every new folders I opened I have right
click and select list. Even for folders that I have saved its setting too.

Many thanks in advance,
Ben

Yes you can. Go to the top folder leverl(c:\) and highlight it. Set the view
you wish to appear everytime you open Explorer. Click on Tools/Folder
Options and then the View tab. Click on the "Apply to All Folders" button.
Close Explorer and reopen. You are now good to go.
