Win 2000 - Auto Login

[Confused]

For some reason my win2000 laptop has suddenly started to
log me in automatically. The login dialogue pops up but is
greyed out and is pre-populated with my password.
Can this be disabled ? I've tried logging out then closing
down but the next time i log in it takes me straight to my
desk-top. Not very secure i'm sure you'll agree

Control Panel, Users and Groups, tab Advanced, check the 'users must use
Ctrl-Alt-Del to log on".
