Will recovered e-mails go back in deleted folder?

When I click the Recover Deleted Items button are all those e-mails going to
go back into my normal deleted file? I just need to look at a few of them and
don't want to have to permanently delete thousands of e-mails again.

No, they will be recovered to the folder that they were deleted from.
Note that you can select which emails you want to recover; you don't have to
recover those thousands of e-mails.
