Wierd pc lately

hi
i dont know whats going on with my pc over the last few days.I did update
the new windows live and think it might be that.Its now causing probs in
msn.My outlook wont load,pages take ages to load.I have avg and avast,I think
some old norton files are still on here somewhere.I am running XP
home,5.1.2600 service pack 2 ,ive deleted temp files,cookies ,history etc,
can anyone help i dont know what im doing wrong or rite :-/

Do a System Restore to a point before you installed the Live Update.

Thanx,I deleted each anti virus and just installed AVG Free (which has just
pickup 20 Trogans !!) -- Windows Live is working ok But Outlook is still not?
Outlook Opens briefly then goes Blank and I have to End Program to get it out
the way...I will have a look in the Outlook Posts and see what I can find to.
