***UPSET***
I have been searching for over a month now for a solution
to the WIA driver proble. I have have purchased 2
differnt all in one scanner, copier types and a digital
camera and neither of them will work with Windows XP
Prof. I tried to install one and figure out the problem
on one of them, for over 34 hours, non-stop w/ no sleep
and still did not get it to work even after chating with
the company, live telephone conversation and website
information from, both the manufacturer and Microsoft
This is VERY FRUSTRATING as, I have a business and I
cannot download pics from my camera or scan and I've
tried ALL I CAN DO. This is really frustrating,
considering I know how to build websites and this should
be simple.
The microsoft website does not help either. I finally
found out from one of the manufacturers websites that
it's a WIA driver problem.
