Why is the program Microsoft Printer Spooler Service attemping to access the int

I have Norton Internet Security enable and it keeps
informing me that Microsoft Printer Spooler Service is
attemping to access the internet at remote address
192.168.1.107 SNMP101

And

Windows Subsystem is attemping to access the internet at
remote address 224.0.1.22.427

Why? I am not trying to print anything, and I am not
running any programs other than those that run at startup.
