Why is Outlook adding spaces whenever I type an apostrophe?

My Outlook program began adding spaces into a word when I use an apostrophe
(don' t). Does anyone know if there is a setting the needs to be adjusted.

Also, does anyone know how to send an email to several recipients byt only
showing one recipient's name when each receives their email?

Not sure about the spaces issue, someone else may be able to help.

Regarding the other issue: Put the addresses in the BCC address field.
However, some mail servers restrict the max number of recipients per
message, so you may be better using mail-merge or try our email scheduler
(http://www.lbetoolbox.com/scheduleemail.htm) which will allow you to send
multiple individual emails, html or plain text, with attachments, either as
a one-off or regularly at a specified time and interval
