why excel show message update

- How the manner in order the message on bellow not always show. But iam
still want to use the links.

The Message Box is:

This workbook contains links to other data sources.
-if you update the links, excel attempts to retrieve the latest data.
-if you don't update, Excel uses the previous information.

[Update] [Don't Update] [Help]

Tools>Options>Edit.

Uncheck "Ask to update automatic links"
