why do i have a web page menu in view slide show?

When I view slide show, I have like a web page menu at the top of the screen.
How do I get it off?

Choose Slide Show, Set Up Show ... from the main PPT menu.
Choose either Kiosk or Full Screen mode.

I think that'll do it.
