Why do dots appear between each word in my New e-mail text.

When I type a new e-mail or reply to an e-mail a dot is automatically
inserted between each word when I hit the space bar. Also, There is a symbol
at the begining of my text that resembles a musical note. How do I get rid
of this??

If you are using Word as your email editor, then you may want to turn off
the Show/Hide feature. Use the backwards P in the toolbar to turn this
feature on/off.

Not an Outlook problem. This is an issue with you configuring Outlook to
use a *separate* program, Word, to compose mail. The problem is how you
have Word's options configured.

Click the button on the toolbar that resembles a paragraph symbol.

If you are using Word, go to Word options, view, and make sure there is
nothing ticked off under formatting marks. I had the same thing and yhis
worked for me.
