Why am I receiving reported error (0x800cccof) on incoming microsoft email
pop3? I have repaired microsoft outlook 2003 and still can't find solution to
pronlem. Please help

FYI - Jeff and I have been talking and could you please let us know if you
are running Windows XP (SP2).

PS - SP2 for Windows XP contains something that changes the behavior of any
program that tries to do localhost connections. Considering that most
antivirus, antispam, personal firewall, .etc stuff that protects e-mail may
do this. SP2 *might* be breaking it.
