Receiving Reported Error 0x800CCCOF

getting a task' mail receiving reported error 0X800CCCOF when using Microsoft
Outlook, unable to receive any new mail since yesterday, just the same two
emails that were submitted yesterday keep returning everytime I opem Outlook
