Which version of sp2 is this?

Is there already sp2 final or something like that? What is
the version status of the WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe
file? Is it RC2 or something like that?

That's the final release.

Where have you been living recently?.. the Brazilian Jungle?.. that is the
266mb full SP2 release, ostensibly for IT professionals and Network Admins..
it will, however, install on a single computer without problems.. just
ensure that all peripherals are disconnected and that no a/v program is
running.. if you have any problems, try to correct them before running the
SP2 update..
