Where's the Macro!

I am running Excel XP SP2, and have a Workbook with 3 Worksheets in it.
My security is set to Medium, yet every time I open this Workbook, I am
asked to Enable or Disable Macro's

I have searched throught in Visual Basic Editor, and there are none shown
Personal.xls has been moed out of XLStart, as has the Adobe Form maker xla
file

I know I've not created Macro's in the book, everything is done by
functions.

Where do I look for the macro?

One possibility - Check to see if you have any modules.
Even if you have empty modules, you will get that prompt.
So, you would need to delete them.
