Whered task manager go?

I was cruising Google images the other day and i clicked a pic that took me
to a website that long story short gave me a virus (DESPITE having adawared
AND norton installed and running while i was on.......pisses me off) anyway,
since then i can no longer open task manager, it says its been disabled by
the admin.....but IM the admin!? im the only user account on the comp, how do
i get it bcak?
