task manager problem

I cannot use my task manager every time I try it says the task manager has
been disabled by the administrator Im the administrator and I do not remember
disabling it
Please can anyone tell me how to reenable it I forgot.

Try this one :
1-go to Start # Program # Control Panel #
2-Look where the User Account click on it
3-you see Pick an account to change click on your account
4-you see What you whant to change about your account
Click on change my account type
5-it show ick a new account type
if the dot is on Limited then you have change it to Computer administrater .
