where to submit report?

Hi.
Where can I submit new spyware/malware reports to? I have done this within
the software but it is unfortunatly unable to connect to the internet
(internet works fine, I have broadband)
Any ideas?

Reporting these issues here, in these newsgroups, is the mechanism
available.
