Where is OutlookExpress <ng>

Hi where is the outlook express newsgroup. Every link I
take brings me here? I asked the question on friday and
got booted - But, I'll try again:

Hi, I have to email large DWG & zip files attached to
email messages and have been having trouble with breaking
apart large messages in outlook express. I set maximum
file size to 1500KB but they never seem to get constituted
on the receiving end. If I send a message with a 6MB
attachment the receiving end gets 4 file: 1 of 4, 2 of
4.... 4 of 4 and so on and they can not do anything with
it.

The Outlook Express newsgroups are under
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer hierarchy.

In any case, OE is definitely doing its job if the recipient is receiving 4
parts of a 4 part message. Do you know if the recipient is using Outlook
Express? If yes, have they tried highlight all four parts and then select
combine and decode under the message menu option? (fwiw, Microsoft Outlook
will try to auto combine the message parts.)
