Where does the DRM License Gets Stored?

S

Does anyone know where the DRM license gets stored? I recently had to
do a fresh install of my whole hard drive and couldn't play my .wma
files that I restored from backup. I had a backup of everything "My
Documents", which includes all subfolders, but, apparently that's
probably not where it keeps it.

Thanks.
