Where did Telnet go?

Ever since I noticed that HyperTerminal is no longer part of Windows Vista,
I have been looking for the Telnet program -- but I have not found it. I
have tried typing "telnet" in the Run command (to which it responded
"Windows cannot find 'telnet'.") and even in the Command Prompt (to which it
responded "'telnet' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."). Does anyone know where I can find
Telnet?

Start | Control Panel | Programs and Features
Select "Turn Windows features on or off."
Select the Telnet Client option and click OK.
