Where can I find Harvey Balls in Powerpoint?

I want to use Harvey Balls for showing progress status on various elements of
a project. I found a font on the web which I downloaded and installed OK.
Easy to use and exactly what I needed. So far so good. However, when I send
the presentation to someone else who doesn't have the font (i.e. everybody)
their Powerpoint either uses a number instead of the Harvey Ball or random
symbols depending on how their PC is set up. One answer is to send the font
to everyone who will work with the presentation which is unwieldy and not
really accpetable. Another is to just create a .pdf but that means people
can't work with the presentation. Help.

You also might try embedding your font.

On the Toolbar, click Tools, click Save Options, select the Embed TrueType
Fonts check box, and then do one of the following:
To embed only those characters used in the presentation, select Embed
characters in use only (best for reducing file size).
To embed all the characters in the font set, select Embed all characters
(best for editing by others).

Note If you plan to have others review and edit your file, it's best to
embed the full font set, though that creates a larger file.
