Can I export each bullet point of a Powerpoint presentation

I am editing a series of video from a medical conference and I need to use the powerpoint presentation content. I was able to export as pictures each complete slide, however I need to have each step of the presentation as individual images. i.e. as each bullet point comes on screen.

I've figured out a really tedious workflow to accomplish this, but it is requiring too much time. Can I get Powerpoint to export each step as images to a folder?

Thanks, any help will save me untold hours of tedium.
