When reply or forward in exchange server

We have a shared folder on a exchange server called “Company Name†Ever job
we do have a folder under this main account:
Company Name
-Job123
-Job234
-…….
When we receive email with out personal emails (e-mail address removed) we move the
email in to the job folder it belongs to. All work well and every body can
view the emails on all the jobs. The problem is when in a job folder and I
press Replay or Forward the ‘From’ address is not my address eg.
(e-mail address removed) but the “Company Name†email address eg.
(e-mail address removed) by default. I would like to make that default when
Forward or Replay the persons personal company email just like it would a
peer when he send a email as normal. So that when you sort the emails
according to ‘From’ you can clearly see who send the emails. I know you can
change the ‘From’ by clicking on it and select your own email address, but I
would like the default to be the person who are locked on his/her computer
email to appear in the ‘From’ address.
