what's the best anti-virus

Guys whats the best anti-virus that any-one recommends?
I'm currently using mcafee(enterprise 8.5i) and its bad because,the updates don't work for the virus that attack my pc, when i eventually get an updates that know the virus is mostly after weeks. HELP!!!

There is NO "best" anti-virus program ... they ALL have holes.

Avast for me . Why ?? Well I asked them some questions by e-mail and they sent realy nice replies .

One of the best paid-for AV suites in my opinion is Kaspersky - you can try it for free on a 1 month trial.

I'll third the recommendation for Kaspersky - works great for me

It's reasonably priced too

AntiVir is highly recommended but I had problems with updates.

Now using Avast and very happy with it.
